Black Friday Fitness Tracker Deals 2026: What's Worth Waiting For

Quick answer: Wait for Black Friday if you want WHOOP: its 2024 and 2025 sales cut its main annual plans $40 to $60. Buy the $99 Google Fitbit Air when you need it; it hasn't been discounted yet, and Fitbit's under-$100 Inspire 3 fell only $30 last year. Garmin Cirqa, Polar Loop and Amazfit Helio Strap have no confirmed Black Friday price.^{1, 2, 3, 4}

Black Friday math on fitness trackers is less exciting than the banners make it look. The giant percentages land on pricey GPS watches and last year's models, and a $99 band only has so far to fall. WHOOP is its own case: it doesn't really sell you a band, it sells a membership with the band included, so the membership is what goes on sale.¹

Below are the five bands from our best screenless fitness trackers roundup, plus notes on rings and the Apple Watch. For each: the maker's list price, last Black Friday's documented price, and a Kudomax price target, the number where we'd stop waiting.

Should You Wait for Black Friday to Buy a Fitness Tracker?

Wait if you want WHOOP or a Fitbit with a screen. For a new $99 band with no sale history, waiting buys you little. Three patterns from the last two years:

• Subscription brands discount the subscription. WHOOP's 2024 and 2025 sales cut the price of a year of membership. The band comes with it either way.^{1, 2}
• Cheap trackers fall by tens of dollars. Fitbit's Inspire 3 and Charge 6 fell $30 and $60 in both 2024 and 2025.^{4, 8, 9}
• The first sale price is usually the Black Friday price. DC Rainmaker's Ray Maker says a product that's already discounted rarely gets steeper on Black Friday itself, since retailers hate refund requests, and that Garmin doesn't deepen holiday deals once they're out.^{6, 10}

So if a band hits its target in mid-November, buy it then.

How we set the price targets

One rule, so you can check our math. If a tracker has its own documented Black Friday price, the target is last year's sale price. If it doesn't, the target is about 20% under the maker's list price, a notch below the 30% that Fitbit's Inspire 3 and Polar's best US deals reached last year.^{4, 5} It's where we'd stop waiting, not a forecast. One exception: for the Apple Watch Series 12 we borrow the Series 11's first Black Friday price ($339), since both launched at $399 for the 42mm GPS model.^{11, 12}

Does Fitbit Go on Sale for Black Friday?

Yes, Fitbit's older trackers have been discounted every recent Black Friday, but the Google Fitbit Air hasn't been through one yet. In 2025 the Charge 6 fell to $99.95 from $159.95 at Amazon and the Inspire 3 to $69.95 from $99.95 at Target, both within a dollar of their 2024 sale prices.^{4, 8, 9}

Google launched the Air in May 2026 at $99.99, and as of Tom's Guide's August deals roundup it hadn't been discounted at all.^{3, 13} The Stephen Curry Special Edition lists at $129.99.¹³

• Kudomax price target: $79 or less.
• Subscription: optional. Google Health Premium is around $10 a month or $100 a year (Google's pricing since May 2026), and three months come with the Air.^{14, 15}

Buy now if you'd use it over the next eight weeks. The gap to our target is $20, and nobody has promised the Air a discount. Wait if it's a December gift anyway. Will WHOOP Have a Black Friday Deal in 2026?

Probably, but WHOOP hasn't said so as of early October 2026. What we know is that WHOOP discounted memberships at Black Friday in both 2024 and 2025.^{1, 2} WHOOP's own US prices are $199 a year for WHOOP One, $239 for Peak and $359 for Life (WHOOP's Membership Pricing page, October 2026).¹⁶ Regular-price math, including 24-month plans and the three-year total, is in our guide to how much WHOOP costs.

The 2025 sale ran November 20 to December 2, covering Cyber Monday. Per Mashable's Samantha Mangino, the Life plan (WHOOP MG) dropped $60, to $299 for 12 months or $539 for 24. The Peak plan (WHOOP 5.0) dropped $40, to $199 for 12 months or $359 for 24. WHOOP 5.0 accessories were up to 20% off.¹

The entry One plan is messier. Mashable found it at $149 just before the sale but not in it, and Wareable's Conor Allison put its Black Friday discount at only $20, calling Peak at $199 the plan to get.^{1, 17} In 2024 the offer was a year of membership for $199 instead of $239.² And according to a WHOOP team member on the company's community forum, promotions can't be stacked, but free-trial members could upgrade at the sale price.¹⁸

• Kudomax price target: Peak at $199 a year or less, Life at $299 or less.
• Subscription: required. The band only works with an active membership.

Wait if WHOOP is the one you want. Two Novembers in a row make a sale likely, not certain. Think twice about 24-month plans: cheaper per year, but two years committed. Will the Garmin Cirqa Be on Sale for Black Friday?

Nobody knows yet. Garmin announced the Cirqa on July 21, 2026, and has said nothing about 2026 holiday deals.¹⁹

DC Rainmaker noted last year that Garmin historically starts holiday sales around November 12 to 15 and doesn't cut deeper afterward. The Venu X1, released in June 2025, got $200 off, while the just-announced Venu 4 sat out as too new.⁶ At four months old this November, the Cirqa falls between the two.

The other wrinkle is the seller. Garmin lists the Cirqa at $199.99 and sells the optional Upper Arm band separately for $59.99 (October 2026).^{19, 20} If a third-party seller wants more than that, buy from garmin.com or another authorized retailer.

• Kudomax price target: $159 or less, from Garmin, Amazon itself or another authorized retailer.
• Subscription: none required. Optional Connect+ holds extras like the live heart-rate graph.²¹

Is the Amazfit Helio Strap Cheaper on Black Friday?

Probably a little, but we can't show you last year's number. Amazfit ran a Black Friday sale in November 2025, and the5krunner flagged it as the Helio Strap's first major discount without listing a US price we could confirm.²²

Amazfit launched the Strap in June 2025 at $99.99, and that's still its list price on Amazfit's US store (October 2026).^{23, 24}

Does the Polar Loop Go on Sale for Black Friday?

Polar ran a Black Friday sale last year, but we couldn't confirm the Loop's price in it. Polar's 2025 "Black Weeks" sale ran November 11 to December 1, with up to 30% off in the US and no code needed.⁵

Here's what a "was $199.99" tag won't tell you: $199.99 is simply the Loop's list price at Polar's US store (October 2026), so a strikethrough from it proves a discount, not a low.²⁵ Judge any November offer against our target below.

Wait. With Black Friday eight weeks out and Polar's 2025 US sale running up to 30% off, paying the $199.99 list price in October is hard to justify. What About Smart Ring Black Friday Deals?

Some rings get real Black Friday cuts and some don't. Samsung took $120 off the Galaxy Ring last year, while RingConn kept the Gen 2 Air at its everyday $199.^{26, 27} Oura has its own page: our Oura Ring Black Friday guide. The subscription-free rings:

Want a Screen? Is an Apple Watch Deal the Better Buy?

If you want texts, wrist GPS and Fall Detection, no screenless band will do, and Apple Watch deals were real last year. In 2025 Amazon sold the Apple Watch SE 3 (40mm GPS) for $199, $50 off, at Black Friday and into December. The Series 11, then the newest model, hit $339 for the 42mm GPS version, down from $399.^{11, 28}

The Series 12 launched in September 2026 and has no Black Friday history. Apple's starting prices are $249 for the SE 3 and $399 for the Series 12 (October 2026).¹² Our targets: $199 for the SE 3 and $339 for the Series 12, the exception noted above. Watch or band? See Fitbit Air vs Apple Watch.

How Do You Spot a Fake Fitness Tracker Deal?

Most bad deals aren't scams, just ordinary listings dressed up for November. Check these five:

1. A "was" price nobody paid recently. A strikethrough shows list price, not what people paid. If a tracker already sold for the "deal" price this summer, it isn't a Black Friday low.
2. Membership math. With WHOOP the band is always included, so the real price is per year. Divide multi-year plans by the years: last year's 24-month Peak deal at $359 came to about $180 a year.¹
3. Renewed and used offers. Amazon pages often list them beside the new one. Check condition, warranty and return window, and don't compare a renewed price with a new list price.
4. Third-party sellers. Some Amazon listings for newer bands and rings are sold by third parties rather than Amazon or the brand. That isn't automatically bad, but warranty and returns can differ, so check who the seller is.
5. Old-model bait. Last year's 70%-off WHOOP tag applied to accessories for the old WHOOP 4.0, not current bands.¹ Make sure the deal is for the model you want.

What Should You Check Before Giving a Fitness Tracker as a Gift?

• Size. Most bands adjust, but the Cirqa comes in S/M and L/XL. Rings need a sizing kit first, and our Oura Ring 5 sizing guide explains why.
• Subscription. A WHOOP gift is a membership with an end date. Will they pay $199 or more a year after it runs out? The other four bands need no subscription for core data.
• Their phone. The Galaxy Ring needs Android and the Apple Watch an iPhone. The Fitbit Air works with iOS 16.4 or later and Android 11 or later.¹³
• Returns. Last year, most Amazon purchases made November 1 to December 31 could be returned until January 31, 2026 (Apple products until January 15). Amazon hadn't posted its 2026 window when we checked.²⁹
