Privacy Policy
Kudomax ("we", "us") is a product-review website at kudomax.com. This page explains what data touches this site when you visit, in plain English. The short version: we don't ask for your name, we don't run ads that follow you around, and the only meaningful tracking involved is the standard Amazon affiliate cookie described below.
What we collect
Nothing you type. This site has no accounts, no comment forms and no newsletter signup, so we never collect your name, email address or payment details.
Standard server logs. Like nearly every website, our web server automatically records basic technical data about each visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, and they are rotated automatically.
Cookies and affiliate links
Kudomax is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you click a "Check Price" button or any other Amazon link on this site (all marked as paid links), Amazon places a cookie in your browser. That cookie lets Amazon know the visit came from us, and if you make a qualifying purchase within the cookie window, we earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. The cookie belongs to Amazon and is governed by Amazon's own Privacy Notice; we never see who you are or what you bought.
Kudomax itself does not set tracking cookies of its own.
Third-party services
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. Google's handling of that request is described in Google's Privacy Policy. We also use Google Search Console to understand how people find the site in search; it shows us aggregate queries only, never individual visitors.
Links to other sites
Our reviews link to Amazon and occasionally to manufacturer websites (Google, Garmin, Polar, Amazfit and others) as sources. Once you leave kudomax.com, those sites' own privacy policies apply.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add features that change how data is handled — a newsletter, analytics, comments — we'll update this page and change the date at the top before those features go live.
